I have also been tipped off to info that he may have been recently removed from the marriage that he had. (You know the wedding that we all paid for.) That he may have also retreated back to Florida. SO if anyone visiting this site recognizes this man
please find anything you can about where this man resides or if he is going to try and rip a third group of people off.

In what to me is an unsettling feeling the amount of information coming into me has not been all that fruitful pertaining to this deal. It seems to me that the customers in this that had taken legal action, and were trying to make contacts to certain people of media outlets and so forth have suddenly stopped sending emails. The forum that is open for discussion on this topic at ZakkWylde.com has turned into nothing but a bickerfest that leads to people being banned for turning on each other.
There are certain people whom I have had contact with that have promised me some information on the other side of this deal that has turned out to be useful, and other information that has been equally un useful.
I am writing this article, because I know that there are people that have taken care of their end of the deal. Whether that being through a chargeback through their CC company, through litigation against 357, or whatever means that may be. What I am asking is for peoples advise to the people who are still out money on this deal. For those of you have received chargebacks I ask that you please contact the person whom you spoke to at your respective companies, and ask them what advice they have for other people of the same company or a contact that can be reached so that people can get their money back. If people are in individual, or group lawsuits I would like to know what the position, and progress of these cases are so that I can keep people in the loop about what is going on here. I do not want the flames to die anymore. If anything I want the fire to ignite higher than it has ever been.
If anyone has any information pertaining to Daniel contact me. Also I am looking for any information that you can dig up on the man who owned 357 Customs before Daniel. All that I know is that his name is Nick, and that even though he does not own 357 he still has interests in it.
If anyone has anything else that would help, like any contact into a big news organization that would want to help get our story out now is the time to get me some contact information.

I have volunteered as the webmaster of zakkwylde.com for the past 2 years, and before that from 2001-2003. I acted as webmaster out of my love for Zakk and everyone in the BLS camp, and have never asked for or received any payment for my role.

Based on recent events related to the 357 Customs promotion, Zakk has requested that I resign as webmaster of zakkwylde.com, and in respect of his wishes, I have agreed to resign.

To clear up some confusion, I want to acknowledge that while I was acting as webmaster for zakkwylde.com, I was hired by 357 Customs to be its webmaster. I didn’t realize that this would create a conflict of interest, and I didn’t clear it with Zakk, his management or anyone else in the BLS camp. When Daniel Baugess asked me to post a promotion for 357 Customs on zakkwylde.com, I assumed the promotion was legitimate and would not be a problem, so I posted it, again without clearing it. I now realize that it was a mistake to not inform Zakk and his management of my dual role, and to post the promotion on zakkwylde.com without authorization.

I want you to be aware that I was also hurt by 357 Customs, as they failed to pay me as promised for the work I did for their website. I also feel 357 Customs has damaged my reputation and the reputation of my company, of which I've worked incredibly hard for the past six years to build ON MY OWN. Therefore, I plan to pursue legal remedies against 357.

It's been an honor and a privilege to serve as webmaster for zakkwylde.com.

Help me buy a bullseye..

As many of you know 357 Customs did not follow through with their promises to fulfill orders that included a free Epiphone Zakk Wylde guitar. I was one of many who was suckered in. I'm a college student living paycheck to paycheck living on his own, when I ordered the package deal it was a big risk, but being as it was from the "Official Zakk Wylde Mailing list" by Chad Dyer using his address. (which if you click Here, you will see) I thought that this was the real deal. But I couldn't pass a deal up like this.

So, I ended up spending $164.94 on the deal, and didnt recieve the guitar that we were told time and time again, lie after lie, that we would be getting. Now I have family and friends hounding me saying to me "when are you getting your guitar?", "You got ripped off", "You're a dumbass!". So I have come up with a way I can get the guitar, or at least get my money back.

I am selling all of my Zakk Wylde memorabilia. For the past 5 years I have wasted my money on Zakk stuff, which is just sitting in my closet in a box collecting dust. Almost of the autographs were obtained in person at Ozzfest, and at a BLS show in Clinton, Iowa on 9-10-02. The rest was won, bought off ebay or from the street team. I have already sold the diecast I recieved on ebay. Below you will find the items I have for sale, I would like to get rid of all this stuff, and if no one buys it then its going on ebay. Signed drumhead by Zakk Wylde, Nick Cantonese, Craig Nunenmacher, and Robert Trujillo.
I had Zakk, Nick, and Craig sign it after ozzfest, I managed to find this tama drumhead by the second stage in Somerset, Wisc. Then when BLS came to Clinton, Iowa I managed to meet up with Robert (whos now in Metallica) to finalize it. Zakk signed it 8x15x02 sdmf ozzy bls, but that wasnt even the right date if I remember correctly, he was pretty drunk though. Craig signed his what looks like LLMF, and nick bls 2002, and robert wrote bls under his name.

Heres the original Sonic Brew cd autographed by just Zakk when I met him at Clinton, Iowa 9-10-02, he actually signed it 9x11 which is kinda cool because it was midnight. I managed to find this cd at some used shop too...

Signed 1919 Eternal cd by Zakk, Craig and Nick only brought this along to ozzfest. Just them, no bassist.

This is a Signed Stronger than Death cd, just Zakk. It was in a silver pen, I actually bought this from an FYE booth at the Merry Mayhem tour (Ozzy/Rob Zombie) at Moline, Illinois. I think it costed like $20. Signed 11.3.01

This is really rare! You can't find these anymore, I bought a bls hat and shirt off of zw.com a long time ago back in 2001, along with my merch came this letter from the "mother chapter" saying you are now a proud owner of black label society merchandise and what not. I can try and get better pics if needed. Zakk then signed it at the bottom 01. I was gonna get it framed, but will never get around, so my loss your gain.

Heres a 8x10 glossy Promo pic from 1919 era. Back at blacklabelsociety.net a guy from Spitefire Records posted a message saying the next 10 or so people to email me will get a free signed 8x10 promo pic. I was one of the lucky ones!

A drumstick I found after the clinton show on the ground, apparently though it wasn't one that Craig used he said. Its a vic virth, but he signed it anyway, he wrote Craig (then an N or something) and BLS. Interesting piece it might have been a Brand New Sin drumstick not sure because they opened right before BLS..

Another promo pic with the Rebel guitar, must be Stronger than death era, not signed or anything, obtained off ebay a long time ago.

From 2001 an original bls hat, that has Black Label Society on the back, you cant find this anymore bought it from zakkwylde.com. Its in used condition but if someone wants to buy it thatd be cool i dont wear it any longer. I also have one that says 1919 Eternal on the back that I bought at the club tour in 2002.

In this picture is the #1 longsleeve size medium, and Doom Crew Inc, thats a olive green, havent seen them on ebay in a long time even. Got one from a show the other off ebay. I also have not pictured: Real men wear black and white thats shortsleeve medium, and Stronger Than Death album cover with the bylaws on the back short sleeve, these are all in mint condition. Plus I have 2 old ozzy shirts one has Zakk on the front with the bullseye and on the back a big Z with 100% something i havent dug it out yet, and a no rest for the wicked tour shirt, on the front zakks playing some kind of sunburst les paul really old 80s style looking, size small and very used. Also I have a BLS.NET shirt that was sold for a short time says SDMF on the back and bls.net. If anyone is interested in those email me and I can take pics.

Different promo stuff. In the picture are the circle stickers which are really hard to find I dont have that many of those. I have 1919 Eternal promo stickers/posters/cds, Hangover stickers and posters, The blessed hellride stickers/posters/cds. 1 keychain bottle opener picture. Other posters, Stronger than death poster that has dogs with zakk, and GHS string ad poster you see in music shops, I think thats all. The other promo posters from 1919, Hangover, and TBH are not listed but I have a few left over, and can take pictures upon requests.

Also I have the guitar world issue with zakk and dime in camo with the poster still intact, the magazine is mint nothing was torn out in storage. If anyone is interested. If I think or find anymore things I will post them.

Bob Ringe,

There is an overwhelming sentiment that all of the statements even coming from your camp going through Chad Dyer still are nothing but meaningless. Even if Chad was duped into making whatever statemen from 357 the people want to hear it from the man that they respect the most. It has been requested that Zakk make a statement via a video recording to set the record straight on his involvment and to settle everyones feelings of anger and resentment. Even though if Zakk had nothing to do with this there are hardcore fans that have lost alot of respect for Zakk to not have what is put on his website (which is the driving media today especially for musicians) monitored for content that he did not himself fully agree too.
There are people of all ages who have gotten in on this deal, and as was pointed out the age range is from very young to old. The kids who got into this deal had to either beg their parents to let them use their cards, or found someway to get the money around. I am guessing the first option is what happened for most cases. Anyway the point of all of this is that the youth in this deal especially are what bothers me in that they think their hero let them down. A kid can turn their feelings on and off for what they like and they don't like. If Zakk doesn't step up to the plate he might take the chance of loosing a valuable fan base in the future, and turn some of these kids off to music completley.
In the bigger perspective there are many of Zakk's fans that just really don't want anything to do with Black Label Society or any of the related things that made the online community so tight. It has become a chore to go to the website and read through post after post of bickering and hatred toward wether or not 357 is going to pull through, if Zakk really did know or he didn't know, wether Chad should or shouldn't be webmaster anymore ect ect. the list goes on and on
All of us want to KNOW that we aren't going to get screwed in the name of Zakk.

So by all means let the man who weilds the Grail stand up and deliver his message.

My name is Moe, and I'm the host/producer of Moe Train's Tracks Podcast, with over TWENTY TWO THOUSAND (22,000) listeners. I think alot of people on this site are a bit in the dark about podcasting. Podcasting is basically a recorded radio show with subscribers. Everytime a podcast is released, the subscribers can automatically receive the podcast. It can also be downloaded. My podcast is the #1 rated punk/ska podcast on iTunes. It also has a big metal following since I play a good amount of heavier music. (I grew up on Pantera, Sepultura, Rage Against the Machine, etc)

I am in the process of producing a podcast which will specifically discuss the "357 Customs Deal," and all of the facts which we have been presented . This podcast will be professionally produced in the studio, and will include some of the biggest "players" in the past 6 months which this has all taken place.

It will be one of the best ways to have a mass amount of people learn about this situation. Anyone with a computer can hear the podcast. I will not be mudslinging, but will be presenting the listeners with facts, and a timeline of what has transpired since December.

YOU WILL ALSO HEAR THINGS THAT YOU HAVEN"T HEARD BEFORE ABOUT THIS "DEAL."

I wanted to take an aside to the official 357 announcments and related material of this blog to point out a couple of things regarding what this blogs intent is.

First of all and most importantly this blog is not at all against Zakk Wylde, his management, or anything realted to his musical career ie. his music, guitar endorsments ect. ect. Zakk was not informed of these deals until a couple of weeks ago when his wife, and manager where informed. From what we know Zakk's management and legal team or following up on the events that have taken place. There is no need to look at him in a bad light about this deal.

Second of all many people point out Chad Dyer in alot of posts since he brougth this deal to the public. I personally think that Chad was yes the person who brought these too us, but had no idea what 357's intenions where. Chad is (or at least was) the webmaster for 357, and is the webmaster for ZakkWylde.com. He runs his buisness Naturally Wired Designs targeted mostly for musical groups it seems to be most of his buisness. What you see on this site regarding Chad Dyer are misc. forum posts and emails that show how much he was fed the lie as the rest of us. He was willing to fight tooth and nail for what he was told to put on the website and out in emails.

Third is the buisness of 357 Customs. I know that after everything is said and done with this whole thing I will hope to never hear that name again. If I do hear it in person I will politley explain why I do not like them, and why they should not be supported. I will not go any further than this blog to try and ruin them, and this blog is in no means any intentions to ruin them. It is only a public record for the customers who got in on this deal as a series of events that happened. All of the information in this blog outside of this posting are emails, forum posts, and screenshots that were provided by 357 and those affiliated with them at the time. Therefore all of this information is provided for peoples own judgment about a company that promised alot and a whole bunch of people who where led down the path that this was as legit a deal as they come.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Concerning the promotions that 357 Customs has done in recent months that include the giving of the guitars. First, as it has always been from the beginning, there has never been any thought of ANYTHING but fufilling EVERY order we recieved in this promotion, and shipping EVERY product owed to EVERY customer. We have had a scheduled time for delivery of our items that HAS BEEN MISSED. This is primarily due to the entire company being relocated from Florida to Tennesse. We are not making an excuse, this is simply what happened. It has taken time to get systems back in place, and back online.

For the record: the only true blame for the items not being delivered yet is to be put on 357 Customs. We have dealt relentlessly with calls and emails to try and communicate this information OVER AND OVER again, only to have our words misconstrued, misrepresented, misquoted, and simply made us look untruthful. Again, we are SORRY the timeline that has been missed.

This promotion has never been a Zakk Wylde promotion. This promotion has never been a Gibson promotion. This has always been a 357 Customs promotion based on an item we were featuring. The accusation of a scam as orders are continuing to be fufilled is a completely untrue. 357 Customs appreciates very much our customers and in the end, everyone will have every item they've ordered.

These untruthful accusations and malicious intent which we have documented in certain cases is being addressed by our Atorneys and it will not be tollerated. The handful of individuals who have tried to discredit and hurt 357 with untrue statements stated and posted online are being looked into.

We are at the THRESHOLD of having a grip on having EVERYTHING at 357 Headquarters back to normal. The reality is these orders that were supposed to ship in March, we are 2 months. behind on. That being said, we are only DAYS away from getting SUBSTANTIAL orders filled! We will not continue to deal with emails and calls asking about what has or hasn't been said. We are close to having these guitars sent out and we apologize for the delay and have NO intent of NOT taking care of every single customer.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR CLIENTS

With this being said...we are at a point of not wanting to see all the people out there who continue to support 357, and have supported 357, having to watch a handfull of people try to rip apart our reputation and try to discredit us. We are going to fulfill EVERY order. And to eliminate the thought of a "scam" we're going to do something UNPRESCIDENTED: We're going to refund the money to every customer for every item purchased for this promotion. If you purchased an mp4 player or a gift certificate to get an Epiphone guitar, we're not only going to make sure you get your items and your guitars, but we're going to refund your money as well. EVEN IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED, WE WILL STILL SEND YOU YOUR ITEMS AND YOUR GUITARS.

Over the coming weeks, we will continue to fufill orders as fast as we can, and we're also going to start working to refund everyone's money. We're doing this in an effort to show our customers and the world that our intentions are to be here for a LONG time, and we will be taken seriously and we want you, our customers and our supporters to be 100% happy.

In closing, once again, we are at the threshhold of getting substantial numbers of order out as well as starting the process for refunding everyone's money. The refunds will take a few weeks to complete, but please be patient, and everyone will be taken care of.

All guitars will be delivered from 357 Choppers for the sole sake of our new marketing campaign for the gift certificate, Epiphone guitar certificate and the diecast choppers (the ones that are in stock) which will ship next week.

2.) There has been some concern about shipping overseas of the guitars. Those of you who are international buyers will see it ends up being about $40 for shippping when you make your purchase. This covers the shipping of the certificates and the diecast chopper, as well as the guitar.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON THE DELAY OF EPIPHONE GUITARS

Hello everyone. Thanks for being so patient on the delivery of the Epiphone guitars. Here's the deal.

We are waiting on delivery of the Epiphone guitars for you guys FROM Epiphone because the guitars that Epiphone has in stock do NOT have working pickups!

That's correct...for whatever reason (and people....please don't send me 100 emails and posts here asking why the pickups don't work...I'm not working for Epiphone) the pickups don't work. So rather than send you guys a guitar that doesn't make SOUND through an amp, we want to have Epiphone remedy this situation and send you WORKING guitars.

That's the reason for the wait. I didn't want to say anything until I had permission because NOBODY want's to make Epiphone or EMG angry.

We are going to limit

These people will recieve a laminated pass to come down to 357 headquarters
in Tennessee and appear in a full day shoot with Zakk Wylde for the new
357 commercial!

one of the people who participated in, and got a free Epiphone guitar from

willl need your guitars strapped on! If you have not recieved your guitar
yet, they are now shipping again and you will recieve yours in the next

This commercial will
start to air in September. Commercial shoot date is the 3rd week in August.
The exact day will be determined in the next couple weeks pending Zakk's

IN ADDITION, everyone
who is in the commercial will be invited BACK to Nashville in October for
a PRIVATE BLACK LABEL SOCIETY CONCERT to be held at the 357 Customs Headquarters!
We will send you new lamintates for this event, but it will be ONLY for
the people who are in the commercial. This concert will be held the 3rd
week in October. The exact day will be determined in the next couple weeks
pending Zakk's schedule.

The commercial appearance
is a non-exchangable offer. If you cannot make it to the commercial shoot,

We cannot guarantee
personal time with Zakk. It will be a full day video shoot, but with extras
in the commercial, there will be minimal time for Zakk to have personal
time with everone.

Extras appearing in

Travel plans are not
arranged by 357. Hotels, driving plans and plane tickets need to be arranged
by you the customer.

All computers sold before
